Sara was amazing to work with and the house has everything you need and then some. The proximity and ease to get to the beach is amazing. She has beach chairs and wagon to help make your trip easy to the beach.

Great location and communication with owner!

We have a great family vacation. The gated community, house and closeness to the beach was all amazing.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home! Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids fit perfectly, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The layout is great for families or multiple couples traveling together: everyone had room to unwind, especially on the many decks, and the kids loved having the bunk room. One of the best surprises was discovering that the home is in a gated neighborhood with private beach access. That added layer of security and exclusivity made the trip even more relaxing. The beach was just a short, easy walk away (about 30 seconds from the front door), and it was never crowded, which made our beach days feel truly special. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to beach gear. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub, which were only a minute away and perfect for winding down in the evenings.Overall, this was the ideal setup for our group, and we’re so glad we found this gem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beach getaway! If we visit Destin again with a large group, this will be the spot we stay.
