Great location secure underground parking, kitchen facilities were good.
Double glazing would block out car noise, it’s in a very busy location. Bathroom requires renovation bath should be pulled out and a walk in shower put in for safety reasons. Doona requires renewal .

Great location , other than road noise (see below) Nearby walking tracks and Catalina coffee shop
Road traffic noise made balcony experience unpleasant
Lock box in letter box quite difficult to access. Being on its side, not easy to return keys to box

The location is near to goldcoast so it was good.
There is only 1 air cond in the lounge and nothing in the bedroom.
The sofa bed didn't work at all as it was rusty and could not open.
The floor hasn't been mopped for a long time, as my socks were black from walking around.
