Very clean, comfortable and spacious two rooms, two bathrooms and lounge/kitchen Location of the flat was very good and nearby Tram station and bus stops.

Check in time was 16:00 which is not traveller friendly. 12:00 noon or 13:00 would be much better.

Convenient to everything. About a 15 min walk from the train station, straight shot, easy to maneuver with rolling suitcases and backpacks, but for convenience I would take the very easy to board tram Next time for 1.7e. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. We lost power one time but Lorenzo got us back and running in no time. Great places to eat right around the corners:Penta Bistrot has the best pizza right out of a fire oven and not far from there was Gelateria Di’Medici with an amazing pistachio Gelato. Very safe, did a lot of walking up to 11 pm.

There was a misunderstanding about trash that was easily cleared up when we were leaving and the housekeeper got there. I kept trying to download the app from the sign hanging on the door explaining trash and how to seperate it and kept being told I needed a code to sign up. The whole time, in the apartment where the laundry key is, there was a key fob with the QR code on it to open the trash bins. 🤦🏽‍♀️
