Location, clean, spacious, great views from the balcony
Low ceiling height can be an issue though you get used to it after a while. I got a cut on my head going out into the balcony.

The apartment was great. Everything you need is well thought of and all appliances are available. You have towels, coffee, all cooking supplies you may need. There are instructions for getting your way around the city and enough books for Florence in the apartment to stay whole week and read there haha.
The terraces were amazing you can watch the sunset and sunrise from both of them.we were only two people but there is space to comfortably sleep for a bigger family.
The host was kind as well. we had a small issue and we were greatly compensated.
Overall if you want to skip the busy center and still be close and want to have nothing to worry about on your stay this is the apparent for you.

A home away from home in a safe and quiet location. The apartment was just like the photos with plenty of kitchen equipment and a utility room with a washing machine/iron etc. It is on the top floor which gave great views from the two terraces. These were ideal spaces to relax/sunbathe during the day and provided shade later in the evening. There were shutters over the doors leading to the terraces which, along with the excellent air conditioning, kept the inside of the apartment cool. The 2nd 'bedroom/office' space was huge with a large sofa bed giving another space to relax in too. I enjoyed reading some of the many books provided and learnt much about the history of the renaissance in Florence. There were also maps and a guidebook provided with recommendations for the local area and transport tips. The location was perfect, with bus and tram stops nearby and it was only a short walk to a supermarket, bakery and coffee place. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and will definitely book it again if we return.
Nothing!

"Nuovo, ben attrezzato, con una vista esclusiva!
Ma quello che voglio segnalare è in particolar modo la posizione: si arriva direttamente dall’aeroporto con una linea di tram o dalla stazione in 10 mi..."
