This riad completely exceeded our expectations. From the outside, it’s tucked away in a quiet, unassuming alley, but the moment the doors open, it’s absolutely stunning. The space is beautiful, modern, spacious and impeccably maintained. It genuinely feels like stepping into a hidden oasis. Fatima, the housekeeper, made our stay unforgettable. She was attentive, efficient, kind and incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast was prepared fresh whenever we were ready to sit down, and she was always just a WhatsApp message away to make sure we had everything we needed. We relied on Google Translate, but somehow communication was seamless. She handled everything with warmth and a constant smile. The level of service started even before we arrived. The owner reached out in advance to connect us directly with Fatima so our driver could easily find the riad. Throughout our stay, she stayed in touch with recommendations, checked in regularly, and even called a couple of times to make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch really stood out. One of the most memorable moments was when they surprised us with a cake and candles for my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made the night really special. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Rooms were absolutely spotless and clean. The decor was great. The property is beautiful and very secured. The staff were amazing. Fatima was our onsite host who cooked for us as well and she was simply amazing 😍 We loved our stay here. We will definitely stay here here again. This Riad is awesome.

Lovely, the staff was great. A special mention to Fatima, sweet, kind and always available. Thank you

The riad was ok, I didn't get anyone who spoke English. I was with my family and breakfast was basic and cold. The description of accommodation was not as described on hotel. But as I have visited Marrakech many times I felt leaving and coming back to riad we were not given a key for main entrance when coming back. We always had to knock which was a pain especially coming back late.
