My husband and I have visited this beautiful lakehouse for 2 years. This lakeside house is quite comfortable, with lovely views of the lake and a gorgeous mountain backdrop. The owner has been attentive, and made improvements in boat entry access that helped a great deal. The itrip staff have been readily available and extremely helpful, on a timely basis, with our needs. I would highly recommend this property and itrip to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in Pagosa Springs.

If you're looking for a location that gives you access to multiple family attractions, this is the place for you. The lake surrounding the property is ideal for fishing and paddleboarding, and the property owner provides paddleboards for use. Could hardly get the grandchildren off them. Everything we needed was right there in the kitchen, including condiments. We met the property owner, and he shared the secret of using marshmallows to catch the fish. Will go back
