Great location with quick access to the seaside and to the Hoe. Easy communication with proprietor. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet.

Lovely room with really interesting art throughout, so refreshing to see. All amenities provided. Location was ideal for the centre, Hoe, Barbican and Williams yard. Hosts were welcoming and friendly.

Only personal taste not a criticism whatsoever , the air freshener was a bit too strong for my nose, this was easily rectified. And clear it was there for atmosphere not to cover anything.

Very welcoming and extremely accommodating. Location was excellent with easy access to the bus to get into town, visit the Barbican, and the Hoe. The parking was close and secure.

Garden Suite: Wonderful spacious room to relax in. Large comfortable bed. Giant high-quality TV - impressive! Roomy bathroom, very nice shower. Super-quiet location tucked away a stones throw from West Hoe Park, Smeaton's Tower and more. Just six mins by taxi from train station. Greeted by very nice host Anita. I only needed the one night but wanted a change from the routine of Premier Inn or other central hotels, and this place fit the bill. Would be great for a longer stay, great for couples as well I'd say. Had a good burger for supper in the nearby Waterside Inn. The nearby Pier One Restaurant opens at 7.30am (I believe), making it good option for breakfast potentially (though I didn't try it). Highly recommend this stay.

One thing I suggest for all places with smart TV: set up guest accounts for streaming channels maybe so guests don't have to use personal logins. And another tip: supply an HDMI cable for those us like me who like to connect laptops to TVs and stream that way (I forgot to bring his this time!)
