We loved it! It was clean and very well thought out in terms of everything needed. Comfortable furnishings, and a very plush carpet in main bedroom made it so cosy! Having a PIN code door was brilliant, no worries about losing keys etc.

Nothing other than bin bags would have been useful, and a cheese grater :-)

Everything. It's a cool place. 😎

What's NOT to like? The Bayview is right at the top of Isle of Bute self-catering apartments. No ifs or buts.

View from bay window was beautiful looking out to the sea.

Only 1 toilet roll . There was no cloth for washing dishes . The water pressure in the shower was very poor . In second bedroom there was no mirror and only plug was behind the bed .

-The view from the sitting room bay window -The elevated position of the building and close to woodland walk(and wild garlic!)

-not even a small pack of milk/tea bags to greet after a day's journey -nothing to make proper coffee with (cafetieres not exactly expensive!) -extremely basically equipped kitchen -light switch in front bedroom badly fixed difficult to turn off/stuck (and no bedside light so went to bed in the dark) -only a central ceiling light in sitting room (so disappointing at dusk and the cracking view) -toilet cistern needs adjusting (took at least 10 minutes to refill -no large refuse bin in kitchen and no waste paper baskets anywhere Conclusion - somebody needs a refresher course in guest experience (if there is such a person which I doubt as the whole interaction is extremely arms length/automated)
