Central location and view from window
Had to wait till 4.00pm to collect the keys then had to leave by 10.00 am so not long in apartment for an overnight Stay

Lovely view and sitting room was fab
The entrance stairs were quite narrow and there was an odd smell (the smell wasn’t in the apartment though).

The view, how close it is to the town,
Arrived and the flat wasn’t cleaned (had to ask why)
Had to ask for updates as emails were going missing/unsent
Protection order was not included in the price and only got this information 2/3 days prior to the stay
Had a dvd player but couldn’t get it to work (can this be added to the instruction book within the property)
Cleaning staff turned up late and then proceeded to talk amongst themselves about the bookers family in front of the other guest
