This is a self-contained room at the top of a house. It was immaculately presented and very clean. Includes a microwave, fridge and smart TV. Communication with the owner was straightforward. Parking is good. The property is a 10 minute, straight, flat walk to Newark town centre, where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants.

There's nothing to fault the place. It's not a hotel, so don't expect room service.

Free parking. Electrical gadgets provided like kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave. All exceptionally clean and working. Large Smart TV and Sky box. The place was spotlessly clean. The location was better than expected as we knew the road Riverview was built on an old industrial site next to the Trent. Hence lots of new convenient shopping outlets very close by. This was a bonus as we used M&S Food, Boots, TKMaxx, and many more just a short walk away, without the noise of vehicles at the shopping zone. The building is a 'No Shoe' zone which we quickly adapted to, which must help with the spotlessness of the stay.

The room is on the 2nd floor, and the ceiling slopes (there is a dormer window) so I bumped my head a couple of times. Otherwise spacious. Nothing to dislike!!
