Checking in was relatively easy, though it was not clear that there are two properties next door to one another. The location was great, and the space was reasonably comfortable for a larger group.

Communication from the host was among the worst I've experienced. We had several issues during our stay with fire alarms and low battery warnings on the keypad which the host never responded to after several attempts to get them resolved. The only communication we received our entire stay was when they told us to check out a day earlier than we booked, which was very stressful. The space has a very strange layout, with one of the bedrooms serving as a very cramped hallway to access two of the other rooms, making it practically unusable. There are also multiple showers in each bathroom, but without adequate privacy to actually use multiple showers at a time. This was a new listing when I booked, and it did end up working fine for our group, but I wouldn't recommend it if other options are available.
