The hotel were fairly responsive to my requests. Access was easy (the hotel is obviously in a down season and closes early). The room was quite large and stylish and included a sofa.
No staff available in the morning or late (after pm). No cooking utensils. There is a kitchenette but only a kettle and microwave. Take-aways only then! Difficult to see the TV from the sofa.

Room was fine
No breakfasts although that was expected. More of an issue no evening meals served and on the night we stayed bar closed at 815, nothing in rooms to advised this.

Recently decorated clean smart rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Easy instructions for check in
Nothing.
Just a couple of possible improvements
- there is room for a bigger bed
- a holder for shower gel in the shower would be helpful

It was centrally located and clean
Extremely steep staircase to room, sink in bathroom was slow to empty, No wardrobe in bedroom and only one small tube of shower gel and it was not cleaned on the second night of stay therefore nothing was replenished
