Room was very comfortable and had all that was required for a one night stay.
It was a good location in centre of town not far from waterfront.
I thought the price for a one night stay with no breakfast was too expensive.

Great location in town. The room was basic but clean. It was a good value.
The very small window opening in the front room made for a warm night. But the fan helped. We expected that from other reviews.

My room was large, comfortable and decorated very nicely.
The bathroom was very shabby. I was on the 2nd floor with no lift.

The location was good Bedroom clean
The fact the restaurant was not open due to maintenance work no other food was offered but a suggestion of plenty of restaurants nearby was offered. The next day we were told we could have ordered food from the bar to eat. The breakfast was okay but not great. Basically told to leave the bar area we were drinking coffees because they had closed even though we were stopping in the hotel
