I contacted them again because the noise was bothersome and asked them to please come and fix it themselves. The response came 13 hours later, at 10:42 PM, when they replied that I could come right then. Their response was irresponsible and inefficient. The air conditioner should be in the bedroom, not the living room, in my opinion, although this is debatable. The sofa bed is terrible for sleeping. It has super thin foam and a wooden frame underneath, and even though I only weigh 50 kilos, I could feel the wood digging into my body. The furnishings were poor. I didn't feel at home at all.

Perfect location for staying in quiet place near to historical center. Totally full and clear instructions for self-checkin. Good equipped apartment, more than enough for 2 people. In front of building there is city parking. Apartment has access to small cute garden.
