Easy to communicate with the staff, clean, very central in the city, comfy, nothing to complain about
They don’t have private parking and it’s a bit hard to find, but you can park for free on a nearby street

The host were super nice he allowed us to do the check-in 1 hour before
The room was small but it was enough for 1 night
15 minutes by walking and you're in the center
We liked everything, nothing to complain and everything was good
But maybe it worth to mention this point: the guest house is a group of rooms which has 1 entrance but each room has it's own private bathroom but this wasn't a problem for us because the neighbors were calm
