Vila Malasi

Tucked away on a mostly-pedestrian street is this lovely, renovated home with a beautiful courtyard filled with lime, orange, pomegranate, and olive trees. Our host, Albi, met us at the gate and quickly and efficiently walked us through the property, explaining to us everything we would need to know. Our room was spacious, with tall ceilings, a balcony that overlooked Berat and its castle. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. Albi and his mother-in-law served guests up breakfast every morning on the veranda overlooking the courtyard and would engage us in conversation, which was invaluable in learning about not only our hosts, but about Albania and Berat. Albi texted us directions to the local laundry, along with providing us with recommendations for places to eat/drink that had lovely views. This is the kind of stay that we will always remember. Thank you to Albi and his mom-in-law!

Everything was perfect!
