Nice hotel and room, but lots of construction around it.

Apartment was clean & spacious, good facilities ie coffee maker, kettle etc with kitchenette.
However beware the hotel picture, it was not the correct building, but is the light blue building in the adjacent street.
The basin is not draining properly and shower heads needs replacing. The surrounding area is not that great, but handy getting to town area ie 20 minutes to town square.

The apartment had almost everything we needed, and we were mostly satisfied. The only downside was that the sofa bed was quite noisy. The location is great – well connected via Santa Apolónia station. It was quiet, not too touristy, and still close to the city center.

Loved this Lisbon hotel, would stay again. Right next to the train station - amazingly convenient.
