Everything was great with the room, staff and service. I would suggest the lounge to add more vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast.

Convenient, Clean and tidy room, more than enough space for short stay

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.

We had a 12 hour layover and booked a room at the Ambassador Transit hotel. It was so good as we were able to sleep for at least 7-8 hours, showered and got a meal voucher. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I book transit hotels in Singapore whenever we travel through there. Excellent.
