Ótima localização apartamento bem equipado espaçoso

Bem decorado , bem ventilado tem tudo que precisar

Struttura molto comoda e spaziosa

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with modern facilities. Our host was very responsive and dealt with our questions quickly. The area around the apartment is generally quiet, with easy access to a friendly boulangerie and a good selection of supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. It was great for us being so close to Orly Airport.

Whilst the facilities were quite modern, the apartment itself needs some care and attention. There are power sockets taped up or without covers, and the paintwork is dirty and tired - especially the woodwork. There was dirt and crumbs on the dining room chairs, and hairs on the pillows, and the bathroom lock doesn't work. The initial process to get in was complicated, as you have to find a place to park on the road before getting the key to access the car park. It helps having at least one other person to run and find the key.

O APARTAMENTO É BEM ESPAÇOSO. COZINHA COM VÁRIOS ITENS PARA O DIA A DIA. 3 QUARTOS FAZEM TODA A DIFERENÇA. VAGA DE GARAGEM COBERTA COM FÁCIL ACESSO. VIZINHANÇA CALMA SEM BARULHOS AO REDOR. PEQUENO MERCADO AO LADO. VÁRIAS LINHAS DE ÔNIBUS PASSANDO PELA VIZINHANÇA. ITENS DE BANHO OK COM BOM SECADOR DE TOALHAS NO BANHEIRO. PERSIANAS BLACKOUT AUTOMATIZADAS FORAM UM PONTO POSITIVO.

O HORÁRIO DO CHECK IN DEVERIA SER MELHOR ESCLARECIDO. NÃO HÁ UM HORÁRIO FIXO, TUDO VAI DEPENDER DA DISPONIBILIDADE. SÓ FIQUEI SABENDO DO HORÁRIO DE CHECK IN QUANDO EU ENTREI EM CONTATO COM O ADM DA PROPRIEDADE. INFELIZMENTE, A LIMPEZA DEIXOU A DESEJAR. O APARTAMENTO ESTAVA CHEIRANDO COMIDA QUANDO CHEGAMOS. O CHÃO DA COZINHA ESTAVA GRUDANDO. AS DUAS CAMAS DE CASAL ESTAVAM COM ROUPA DE CAMA COM APARÊNCIA DE DESGASTADAS E OS TRAVESSEIROS MAIS PARECIAM ALMOFADAS. O AQUECIMENTO ESTAVA FRACO MAS NÃO FEZ TANTO FRIO NAS NOITES QUE FICAMOS NO APARTAMENTO. NÃO SEI SE FOI MAU USO MEU OU SE REALMENTE NÃO AQUECIAM MAIS! VÁRIAS MARCAS DE DESCUIDO COM A PINTURA DO APARTAMENTO ESTAVAM APARENTES NAS PAREDES DA SALA, CORREDORES E BANHEIRO. PRECISA DE UMA ATENÇÃO MELHOR DO PROPRIETÁRIO.
