Very friendly staff, free parking, safe, TV with Netflix etc
The window in my room was broken and wouldn’t close, the shower had quite a lot of mold, the WiFi signal was very weak

Above a pub always good
Honestly no complaints

Excellent location, good car park.
The room was not particularly clean, there was a empty (thankfully) baggy under the double bed, the duvet cover had rips in it, the single bed collapsed when my daughter sat on it (the slats were not secured to the frame) which I put back together to save time and hassle. The shared bathroom was a bit of a state with a shower that took forever to dribble lukewarm water on you, it was also pretty noisy, granted this is a pub, so to be expected, but as it was hot we had the (broken) window open which resulted in a lot of street noise. All in all not a place I would recommend for families or for any stays longer than one night.
