The room was very clean and met all our needs. The couple who owned it were very friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us.

Highly recommended. Owners warm and friendly. Clean and very comfortable. Stayed over numerous weekends in Blackpool and would have to say this was my best stay yet. Definitely will stay here next time I'm away

Really nice hotel clean and nice room. Got a nice early check in as well so we could go out for the day without having to come back to check in. Location good as well round corner from winter gardens and 10 minutes walk to train station
