This is a beautiful, well-maintained property—bright, airy, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of linens, and even some games for entertainment. The location is convenient and close to all amenities. A truly wonderful place to unwind. Thank you for sharing your villa with us!

First, the good: the house was spacious and in a charming neighborhood close for driving to activities we wanted to do. But unfortunately, it missed the mark when it came to: *Cleanliness: We arrived to find hair all over the bathroom floor, along with black scraps, dirt, & a dead roach that appeared to have been there for some time. The bedsheets had stains, & some dishes in the cabinets still had food stuck on them. *Lack of basic supplies and broken furnishings: The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty, the kitchen sponge was heavily used & needed replacing, and there were only 4 bath towels even though we reserved for a family of 6. There were no paper towels anywhere, & the only garbage bag provided was the one already in the trash can. Several outdoor chairs were broken. Indoors, the sofa upholstery felt sticky and sank really low. *Lack of communication: We did not hear from the host after booking or before our trip. We had to reach out ourselves for access info the day before check-in. While we received a prompt response with smart lock instructions, we got no response when we followed up about the cleanliness issues & asked how to obtain additional towels, either during or after our stay. We do not enjoy leaving negative feedback, but we booked based on the sole "exceptional" review. Our stay was far from that description, & we felt it would be unfair to future guests not to share our honest experience. We hope the host addresses these issues going forward.
