Wake up to ocean breezes and slow down on your own private rooftop — just a 10-minute walk to Encuentro Beach, perfectly positioned between Cabarete and Sosúa. This modern 2-bedroom penthouse (sleeps up to 8) blends bright, calm interiors with nearly 2,800 sq ft (260 m²) of indoor-outdoor living, all built around one standout feature: a rooftop made for long dinners, sunset lounging, and unforgettable moments.

Your Rooftop Oasis
Upstairs is the heart of the stay. Lounge under the pergola, cook a full meal in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and gather around the open-air dining table as the sky turns pink over the coast. A private jacuzzi seating up to 8 anchors the space, alongside a 65" smart TV, multiple seating areas, and ocean views throughout — ideal for couples, families, or groups traveling together.

Bright, Intentional Interiors
Inside, natural textures and a modern aesthetic create a calm, elevated base to return to. The open living and dining areas each open onto their own private balconies, and both bedrooms have private balconies of their own — four separate outdoor spaces in total. The second bedroom's integrated loft design adds flexible sleeping space, bringing total capacity to 8 guests.

Resort-Style Access
Beyond the penthouse, guests enjoy the community's resort-style pool, gym, and shuttle service to Cabarete and Sosúa Beach — putting the North Coast's best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife within easy reach.

Perfect For
Couples chasing a romantic escape, families who want space to spread out, groups celebrating together, or remote workers looking for a calm, design-forward home base with real ocean air.

A Note on Your Stay
Altamar is a newly completed penthouse in a community finishing its final stages of development. All key amenities — the rooftop, jacuzzi, kitchen, pool, and gym — are fully operational and ready for guests. You may notice light daytime construction elsewhere in the community during your stay.

Location
Playa Encuentro — one of the North Coast's top surf breaks — is an 8 to 10 minute walk. Cabarete is 10 minutes east by car. Surf at dawn, work remotely from the rooftop, or do absolutely nothing at all. Altamar is the right base for all of it.
