Quiet location within easy walking distance of Dornoch centre and the golf club. Well cooked breakfast. Small compact shower room plenty of hot water and comfortable twin beds
Could have done with some fruit at breakfast and been offered a choice of eggs eg scrambled, poached etc

Close to centre of Dornoch!
The curb appeal was poor. Paths and garden full of weeds. The railings were rusty and badly needed to be painted. There was also no parking ! The outside very much let the inside down. If I hadn’t already paid I would have turned away without even going in.
