The customer service from all the staff was excellent
Like most places in the Highlands, the WiFi service can be intermittent.

It was great to stay in a castle in the middle of town so very convenient location.
We were three stories up so a lot of stairs to climb with our luggage but I think someone would carry the luggage up if you had mobility issues.

Very good position in the town.
Rooms in a very old building so of course it is noisy and very creaky floors. The internet on 2nd floor stopped working and after several discussions with the staff and a restart - still no luck. The staff both in restaurant and bar appear to be overworked or just not managed well. Zero cares given for lack of internet working or concerns with the bathroom.
Would not stay again.
