Fifth lounger covers staff in resturant staff had no English my AC didn’t cool the room and my bed sheets too small for the bed and the shower not hot or cold

The location is great. Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but good. Rooms are spacious, good AC. Warm water. Free toileteries...
Our room was not clear - in the bathroom there were lot of dark long hair. There was a sewage smell in the room coming from the bathroom. Lots of mosquitos but no mosquito net. Noisy area. The most expensive restaurant in the area. Considering the price, as it was our most expensive room in Cambodia, we were not happy and definitely won't be coming back.

Very good location near the ferry terminal and beautiful beach. Everything walking distance. Very nice big pool
No internet in the room only at reception as well room and outside of the room was full of mosquitoes! No where else in the island was that bad like by our room!
