Lovely apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. A lot of careful thought went into what is there and it was the best (by far) kitchen in a self catering apartment we have experienced. You could easily cook a decent meal there for 4/6 people. The area is very very quiet but within a 10 minute stroll of the centre of Dinard. The nearby boulangerie was great and the beach is very close indeed. The underground car parking was fantastic - secure, well lit and easy to use. We will definitely book the apartment again next time we are in Dinard.
The bed linen needs to be big enough for the bed (the undersheets kept coming off) but that was a very minor irritation.

Nous avons aimé l’espace de cet appartement bien aménagé, la tranquillité, la propreté, la luminosité, le grand balcon et la mise à disposition du parking gratuit en sous sol de l’immeuble
L’immeuble est récent et situé à proximité du centre-ville à deux pas de la plage du Prieuré beaucoup plus tranquille que la plage centrale
Remise des clés par une personne sérieuse à notre écoute
Rien, à part un petit détail déjà signalé sur le site que les oreillers sont à remplacer

Really spacious and well maintained apartment. The building is very new, only built in 2024, and the apartment is very modern and comfortable. Great location only 10 minute walk to the town centre where there are shops and bars, two minutes walk to a bakery and the beach and five minutes to the supermarket. The underground parking space was brilliant as street parking can get really busy. Will definitely recommend and go again.

L'emplacement, l'espace, les équipements, le parking, tout etait super pour des vacances en famille
Les oreillers sont tres mous, ca serait bien de mettre des oreillers plus fermes à disposition également
