A spacious, modern apartment that exceeded our expectations! The high ceilings created an open, airy feel, and everything was impeccably clean and well-appointed with great amenities. The location was excellent, with public transit within easy walking distance, making it simple to get around. We were especially impressed with the office staff upon arrival. Their assistance, local knowledge, and professionalism made check-in seamless and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Could have used a couple more kitchen supplies... dish scrubber. Better instructions for convection oven

Open space, close to the nice restaurants, quiet neighborhood.

It was not clean properly. Shower, kitchen, shelf’s etc. And also we had one paper towel which was used so it last for a day, no salt, detergent for washing machine was also missing. We didn’t expect that we have a lot of things but salt and pepper are basic. After few days we received clean towels that was ok.

The location was great, spacious room and beautifully designed. Easy access to the building, comfortable beds and good heating which we needed at -5 C. The neighborhood is great and the street is quiet. But.

We stayed in Urbanauts Studios in Trieste last summer with such a good experience and that’s why we booked this place in Vienna. But this time we were disappointed. The kitchen wasn’t clean. The whole space didn’t look well kept. The curtains were hanging loosely and you are on the ground floor so you have to have them closed, otherwise you are exposed on the street. The windows were also very dirty. There was a lot of dust in the kitchen, the kitchen table was sticky for some reason… No salt, only one small towel in the kitchen, no complete kitchen utensils, no kitchen paper, skillet was damaged, the ventilation in the bathroom made so much noise as if IDF drones are above you and you are a kid in G’za. The toilet didn’t appear very clean neither or was it the bad lighting? And the floor was so dirty it would leave our feet/ socks dirty only by crossing from bathroom to bed. Also when I asked them about parking in the street they told me that it was free parking during the day which is not true – parking is only free in the weekend and weekdays after 22:00 Overall it was not such a great experience so we decided to leave a day earlier as we were annoyed by the discomfort we felt.
