DO NOT BOTHER.

Nothing..Because I couldn't gain access to the property. Slept in my car.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was very poor, and the communication was even worse. The contact numbers provided were useless as every call went straight to voicemail. The address was also difficult to locate, making the check-in process even more stressful. The biggest issue was that I arrived at around 12:00 AM and was unable to gain access to the property. There was no one available to let me in, and despite waiting outside the gate for approximately 45 minutes, no assistance was provided. I eventually had no choice but to leave. My luggage remained inside the property while I was locked outside, forcing me to sleep in my car at a nearby garage, despite having paid for accommodation that I was unable to use. The owner was unhelpful throughout the ordeal and never contacted me to check whether I had managed to resolve the situation or whether I was safe. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and failure to provide access to the accommodation made for a terrible experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. I am requesting a full refund, as I paid for accommodation that I was unable to use due to the host's failure to provide access.

It was okay until it came to the part of wifi and bathing with cold water on a cold weather

I liked the garden view and the room that I was sleeping in

Firstly you should do better with your location we got lost with a bolt driver because your location said our destination is at ELNINO. You should also fix your wifi issues, when we booked you guys said there's a free wifi but we did not even connect at it they said that there are some issues on the wifi. Why don't you fix them before we come or not accept our booking? Is it fair to pay the full amount while we did not have a free wifi and hot water? It's not fair. We bathed with cold water on a cold weather. I don't understand why you guys don't take us serious while we've paid full amount

Horrible experience

On arrival to check-in, the place was overbooked and I had to look for alternative accommodation. What a horrible experience after paying in advance on confirmation of an available room

Failure to refund as promised

The second room we were offered was good.

When we arrived, the house was little too busy for my liking. We were given a room completely different to what was booked. It was just a bed not even an en suit. We complained and it was corrected the following day.
