Helpful and respectful staff. Batswana people are so kind. The hotel and property does need to be renovated though
Breakfast was dull and limited. If you don’t want to be disappointed then book your stay without breakfast and order Ala carte from the onsite restaurant

Facilities themselves are good at this price point and everything was clean. Course looks good so there are nice views.
Reception is a little slow, maybe because occupancy is low.

Good location
The key system was not working over the two times I stayed at the hotel, two weeks apart. Every time you wanted to get into your room you had to find a hotel employee to open the door for you
