Town Lodge is a simple, clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. My room was a reasonable size, and everything worked.
The only problem I had was with the airport shuttle on departure. It was double booked and there was some confusion - eventually resolved, but not by the hotel staff who seemed a bit out of their depth.

Enjoyed the shower. Hot water and a strong spray. Very good bed. Slept very well through the night. It was a one night stopover so not much to tell. Very convenient for all shops as it is part of a mall. Recommended. Helpful staff who were able to provide hot milk for tea after the kitchen closed
No telephone in room to call reception.
Registering upon entry took a while as we had two bus loads of people so lot of confusion etc. But eventually sorted out. Not much to dislike

It’s a a sensible, no frills stay. Quite comfortable.

The location was very convenient and closer to airport junction mall. We like our stay but wished we had a bathtub instead of shower. However, it was clean and efficient for the night over. Rooms are abit small and not spacious for family travelling together.
The aircon was not as properly placed so even though it was on, we didn't get enough airflow and it would get stuffy (again it was small room). pillows were hard and no available mattress for the kid to use.
