Cute room. Loved all the shelves and cabinet in the bathroom. Nice coffee maker, a good size. Good frig and microwave. Nice layout and loved the 1940s type signs in the room. Saw people enjoying the outdoor chairs by their room. Nice to chat with them.
The locking mechanism is a little loose in the door. Not a solid fit, but worked.

Rooms are comfy. Location is great as we like to fish banks lake. The rooms have been updated to hardwood flooring. There is no staff on site but they answer pretty quick to email and or text. If you need extra things they have it on site for you to grab.
There was a popcorn bag of cooked popcorn in the dresser but other than that it was pretty clean.

The property met our expectations for a short overnight stay on our road trip. It was surprisingly quiet.

I really liked the layout of the rooms for our group. We had four people in one room and 2 in another. The rooms were separated with equal access to the bathroom, which was great. Loved having a largish refrigerator. There are not a lot of options near Sun Lakes, so this really worked for our family. We had other family staying at the lake. Air conditioning worked very well and it was very clean. It’s an unattended check in, which is convenient. Good communication. Very well priced.
It’s pretty dated and bare bones, and the carpet could use to be replaced.
