The location is perfect! We have 2 senior citizens with us, so going to St. Peter's Basilica was very convenient for us. There are restaurants, groceries and souvenir shops nearby. The check in nstructions were clear, and the communication with the admin was good, and they were helpful. The place was neat, comfortable beds, and the linens were clean. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I go back to Rome.

The bathroom sink is clogged, so we just used the kitchen sink. Also, the water in the shower would easily change into very cold or very hot. Be careful and learn how to navigate or have a technique when showering in this situation. The air conditioning in the main room with TV was not functioning well. It was set on 16, but the air seemed to be just 24. We were sweating at night. We reported it, and the admin sent someone to check it out and gave us a fan to help cool the room. Maybe put a lock inside the main door because we were a bit conscious that someone would break in while we were sleeping. Of course, the door was locked, and the place seemed safe. But we have to put 3 chairs to block the door. Despite the things for improvements, this place is still excellent. 👌
