The breakfast was VERY high quality.
Staff was friendly, place was very clean,
and the AC worked pretty well. Lots of choices for food items at breakfast, two restaurants near by,
and a Seven-Elevem not too far away. Also the subway isn't too far away
I can't recommend this place enough!

Breakfast was so good! Clean rooms and quiet. No gym. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Close to Kaizuka station which can get you into city in about 15 mins by train.

Clean room with drain beside bathtub. Good variety of choices at breakfast. Slightly inconsistent hot water. Will stay again.

The room was very small, but breakfast was excellent. Also, welcome drink was available, so you can stay out from your room to get some space. It was a bit far from station and need to change subway if you need to go to Hakata station.
The price including fabulous breakfast, it was really good.
