Princess Mogán & Beach Club All Inclusive

We loved the location. It was much nicer than surrounding areas in our opinion. Whilst taurito itself didn’t have much for us to do, other than the beach bars, restaurants, it was easy enough to hop on a bus or get a taxi to Puerto de Mogan, Puerto Rico etc! The hotel itself was lovely. We arrived at 11pm, we were told to leave our bags at reception and go and grab a drink from the bar. We were told that there was a cold buffet from 11:30pm so we could get something to eat, when we went, it was bread rolls, salad and cheese. It was disappointing. Food overall, breakfast was exactly as you would imagine and I couldn’t fault it! Although, an omelette making bit would absolutely make a difference to the options. Lunch & dinner had a bit of repetitive options. Some dishes were lovely and i could have gone back for seconds, other dishes were a little too adventurous for us and a little off putting, we noticed that on these nights, the restaurant seemed much quieter so I think other guests must have had the same opinions. Drinks were okay, cocktails were syrupy and sweet. Could certainly tell they didn’t contain much alcohol. It would have been good if there was a cocktail menu that staff would actually prepare the drinks themselves for rather than just the machine. Transfer was long and we got taxi on return. Big thing for us, air con was not cool at all!

Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only.

Very basic accommodation with plug sockets hanging out of the wall definitely needs some TLC but a lovely stay for the money

The views are amazing! The staff were excellent throughout our stay—always polite, friendly, and willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, they did their best to meet our requirements. We also want to mention that when we first arrived, the room we were given was advertised as having an ocean view, but in reality around 80% of the view was the roof of the floor below. After we raised this issue, the staff handled it professionally and were very helpful in resolving it.The entertainment team were fantastic—very friendly, cheerful, and great with guests. The food was okay, but there wasn't much choice for children. There was a snack bar available, however it served largely the same items every day, which became repetitive. What really FRUSTRATED us was that this hotel is advertised as being family-friendly. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the sunset bar area or several other parts of the hotel because they were full of smokers. There seemed to be very few designated smoking areas, and many guests smoked around children. The smell was unpleasant and often spoiled the experience when trying to enjoy a drink or meal. It was sad to see babies around these people who didnt no consideration. There was an adults-only section, which is understandable, but even in the family pool area there were topless sunbathers and couples behaving in ways that felt inappropriate for a family environment. We also found a lot of hair in the pool, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
