Hotel LIVVO Costa Taurito & Aquapark

For price its very good value for money. Food wasn’t gourmet but there was plenty for both adults and kids throughout the day and you had enough variety to not get bored. Very good location and was clean. The hotel heated pool was very good.

Biggest issue was the water park is advertised as being part of the hotel. The water park IS NOT part of the hotel, you have to walk about 5 mins which may not sound much but it made a big difference. We only went in there once in the 4 days we were there because its salt water and it wasn’t pleasant walking back to the hotel. If it was in the hotel as part if the complex as we thought we could have made much more use of it - coming in and out. Food got a little boring after 4th day but for the price not bad. Alcohol was bottom shelf which was to be expected for the price but I wasn’t happy that they only served it in plastic cups and there was only 1 beer on tap. Would have been nice if they at least had some bottles chilled beer.

Staff especially the waiter bar person he arrived to work on a motorbike I'm sorry have forgotten his name q lovely person so smiley and helpful great member of staff at this hotel

there was a storm for almost all our holiday the hotel closed pool bar area and there still was no entertainment piped music on very low and no uk stations on TV except the war/news but they remained friendly we still had a nice holiday regardless

Property was nice and everything was so close for kids waterpark amusement park shows everything was there for a great holiday

Breakfast was always very good with lots of choice, the other meals were acceptable but not great. The hotel pool area was a little small but the waterpark was right on our doorstep which was great.

The hotel was a little tired, needed updating It wasn't made clear on booking info aside from 'important information' which was right at the end of booking info and should have been highlighted earlier that the water park was not all inclusive. Also there are several hotels within this complex and as two groups we ended up in two different hotels making it difficult to meet up as you were not allowed to use the other hotels facilities which were more modern than ours. Please be aware of this.
