Comfy bed, hot shower, clean room, outstanding breakfast, no issues with parking, welcoming hosts and a great location. Highly recommended.

The room was nicely decorated, the hospitality tray had both ordinary and decaf versions of coffee and tea. Unfortunately there wasn't any sweeteners (I should have asked the owners). Nice biscuits. Nice toiletries and a white flannels in the glasses which was a nice touch. Lovely hot cooked breakfast. Great friendly hosts, Rob and Becky. I would certainly recommend this guest house.
