Breakfast not applicable.
The hill down to the property was quite steep.Think this should be mentioned in description of property as we were on foot. We travelled to the area by train.

Perfect for the two night stay.
Slightly out of the centre. So drove most of the time.

Good location, approximately 15 minutes walk to either Windermere or Bowness. Free parking right outside your room. Host was very friendly and informative. The room was a nice size and comfortable. Equipped with fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and egg boiler.
Quite a steep bank from the property to the main road. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Location was good. Martin and his wife are really helpful.
Extremely small room size as well as bathroom. Also, there were spiders in the room. Upon telling to Martin, don’t you have spiders in your country? Wow!
