A bit of confusion. Says no on site parking but other reviews said parking. When you check in the portal says “if” you have parking…this is what you do…. I couldn’t figure out “if” there was parking so I paid off site only to learn much later there is parking by emailing with company. It’s not up front. Checking in was little tricky. The key box is in a little cabinet on wheels in the first vestibule. Took me a minute to figure out. Also the elevator is tucked away by the coffee shop. The guardians games are easy a walk. CVS next door is nice as well. Room was comfy but it’s not a skyline view when ur staring at a parking garage. Also didn’t care for 10am check out. These bnb sort of places that have these early check outs are forcing me to look for actual hotels. I tried to get late check out for 25.00. Was denied. Not a bad place but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Checking in was a nightmare. Used the link but it didn’t save the request. I emailed them, they answered and gave us a complimentary 2hr early check in, we were thrilled. We arrived and followed the directions for a key fob, there was no fob, played the run around with them, still no fob. They then instructed us to find a storage unit and retrieve a key which was again not there - still would have done NO GOOD without the fob - the fob gives you access to the place and the elevator. 30 min after our original check in time of 4pm we are in only to find the code to the room doesn’t work. 10min back and forth and now we are in. Were told they give us a $50 refund - still have not received that. Plan on paying way more for parking when there are game day events going on even if you’re not going to the events!!! 2 nights of parking because of baseball cost us $104

The location was great! Everything was quite walkable from its central location. The apartment was clean and quiet and we appreciated the payment of our parking fee. The bed”room” was awfully tight and the mattress the hardest we’ ever slept on. Our main concern was with communications and directions. Though the directions for check in and check out were typed out very clearly, the code numbers were mistyped, the first door code didn’t work, and the code for checking out was also incorrect. We had to ask for WiFi information(should that have been provided?) Each message provided to us through the booking service was typed in a font so tiny it was unreadable without enlarging parts of the message at a time on my phone. Frustration with directions/communication kept this from being a five star experience.

I would stay here again! Perfect for a business trip for a convention. Right in downtown with restaurants close by. Wonderful communication with the team and super clean and well stocked. It was great!

There’s a rooftop terrace with a great view, a pool, a hot tub, a grill, a lounging area, and a giant tv!

Great location if you plan on hitting the R&R HOF, a Guardians or Cavs game, breweries or a casino. All within a 15 min walk. Parking included was HUGE! I'm not sure that always happens though. Don't remember if I scored a special deal so double check. Very responsive hosts. Would stay again!
