Absolutely love this cabin! It's warm, cosy and situated in the most perfect surroundings, away from the roads & no neighbours in sight. It has 360 undisturbed views, we sat in awe watching sunsets there every night. The cabin has everything you need, beds are clean & comfy, all rooms are well ventilated. The cabin doesn't have TV with English speaking channels but we're ok with that because we're there for the outdoors stuff, and the mountain views kind of made up for it all. We spent an afternoon horse riding at Hestaland & we got a little discount too. Overall a perfect score from us, we'll definitely be returning here in the future.

This was a great find! Very convenient for exploring north and west of Reykjavik. Be sure to follow the host directions to the property, not maps! The host directions are accurate.
