Owners were lovely and very welcoming, room was spotless, bed comfortable. No beach view from our room but right on the beach front.bathroom needs updating in our room, however my son's bathroom was modern and very good.could not fault the breakfast and worth the money.will definitely recommend and would go back.

Staff were friendly the full English breakfast was very good with cereal if required, really nice bar with plenty of choice, our room was dated but the rooms are being renovated so when I return to Teignmouth
I will definitely stay here again, 5 minute walk to the town.
