The location was fabulous with easy access to the beach and Shaldon Ferry. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of beer wines and spirits at very reasonable prices. The Sunday lunch was excellent too with a good variety of options.
There were quite a lot of stairs and although it would be difficult to install a lift would have been really useful.

The location is brilliant. Views from our room were spectacular.
Food is amazing.
Our fault that we didn’t book a 1st floor room at the initial booking. Husband had problems getting to the room.

Spotlessly clean, great location, good breakfast
Tiny room with nowhere to put anything, tired bathroom with no shelves and a very weak shower, bar closed at 9.15pm although the staff who were having a drink in the bar did serve us
