Perfect ski-in-ski-out location. Room and all other facilities were spotless. Wonderfully well organized spa. Staff were friendly and professional. The only issues: thermostat in bedroom was fixed at 25 C, to warm to sleep well. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. Finally, the dining-included was cafeteria style, which is normal, but not entirely appetizing, or hot and fresh.

The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could want in the bathroom. All the facilities are lovely. The ski rental/sales shop is huge and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in trying out boots and skis before I purchased. They also have a really nice high-end shop with a large selection of ski clothes and accessories.

Although the hotel was very crowded, the service quality was great. It's also great that the staff is friendly. The food quality is also indisputably excellent
