We very much enjoyed our stay at Kelia cottage and would recommend to our friends. Julia was very welcoming and the cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Barnard Castle and Richmond both lovely places to visit. We enjoyed many lovely walks through the dales. Also enjoyed a meal at the local pub, which is a short stroll away from the cottage, . Great views! There were just a few things which we feel could be considered. The garden is not enclosed and, although our dog is quite good at staying with us, others may not. A small gate would help. Also a table in the garden would be nice if wanting to have a drink or eat al fresco. The cottage does have a washing machine, but needs an airer or washing line to dry clothes.

Had a lovely week staying at Kelia Cottage. The cottage was comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. A nice touch was the bottle of prosecco and some ginger cookies as a welcome pack. The cottage is situated in a little courtyard with an area to the side of the cottage to sit out when the sun shines. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy a self catering break and some nice local pubs nearby too.Could not fault the cottage and the owner who we spoke with on a couple of accasions who was a lovely lady and very helpful.Would highly reccommend Kelia Cottage.

We had an excellent stay at the most comfortable Kelia Cottage. Tucked away off the village green, it was peaceful. It was lovely and warm with lots of hot water with all the amenities you need in a cottage. It was close to Richmond and the Dales as well as County Durham. We also had a fabulous meal in The Bay Horse at Ravensworth (The next village) The local unfortunately weren't serving food the night we wanted due to a pool and darts night. We would definitely recommend Kelia Cottage and we will be returning. Many thanks Julia
