Kateryna and Samuel were extremely responsive. The house was perfect for us. We were in DC for the Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic. We had an early flight and because there was no one was no one staying the night before, they allowed us early access. Overall, we had a great experience.

The property was very nice as advertised, the neighborhood was ok, communication with the host was great. We did have problems entering & leaving the premises with the house code/smart lock, which was reported to the host. My/our suggestions to the host would be to put shades/binds/curtains in the kitchen windows, as senior citizens, females, best friends for over 50 years who travel together once a year, we felt this would have been added protection, no “peek a boos”. It would have been nice if there were TV’s in the other three bedrooms (TV’s in living room & master bedroom only). I was disappointed that the host had sent me a message stating the guest/tenant in an apartment below said we were “loud” & he couldn’t sleep - we were unaware that a guest/tenant was in a downstairs apartment, we thought we had the entire home/house to ourselves, other than my/our suggestions above to the host, we enjoyed staying in her home.

We had a great stay. Close to everything we were hoping to do while in D.C. Smithsonians', zoo, Nationals game, etc.

The house was very clean and well-stocked, close to attractions, and the owner was helpful and responsive. Our main problem was that the AC wouldn’t kick in, so we were too warm all night. Also, one of the beds must’ve been a fold out or cot - didn’t check but didn’t sleep well. The big bewaswas comf
