Stanza silenziosa. Contatti con Alessandro semplici, risposte rapide e tempestive, indicazioni chiare e complete. Self check in semplice

The location.

The apartment lacked cleanliness. The shower showed clear signs of age, and the shower tray appeared impossible to clean properly. The shower curtains were yellowed, and parts of the shower were rusty. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, which we completely used up, leaving us to figure out what to do afterward. Communication was poor. The host communicated only in Italian, even though communication should have been available in English. When I left the keys in the wrong place, I was lectured about it, despite the fact that the host was unable to communicate clearly in English and did not respond to my messages. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed, so we did not use it to avoid having cold air blowing on us. As a result, it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Dud not stay at the property as couldn't get in so my niece left it abd found somewhere else.

Th3 entry system. Booked last minute abd was flying all day so dudnt fet instructions on how to get in. Was not impressed with the arrangement. Paid but didn't stay
