The location is excellent. Near the metro station and many restaurants around. The place is ok and clean but with no AC it is not convenient in hot summer weather. The host is helpful and responsive.

The management of the renting company. They ask for money for everything (high deposit, insurance, late arrival)

Loved the location. Great neighborhood with fantastic food options around it.

No a/c. Was fine after the temps cooled down though. We arrived during an unusual heat wave from my understanding. Windows open up fully which helped with a breeze at night.

The apartment itself has a lot going for it: the location is excellent, in a pleasant neighborhood with good access to transport, shops, and parks. The interiors are as described — clean, fairly well-equipped, and comfortable for a family stay.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly affected by poor communication and a lack of basic support from the host agency (Welkeys). Upon arrival, the key was not where it was supposed to be (under the building entrance doormat...), and the greeter was unaware of its whereabouts. We were left waiting outside with children for over two hours, receiving only vague and inaccurate updates like “we’re five minutes away.” We were also told the front door lock would be changed during our stay for safety reasons — a promise that was never fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. We requested fans several times due to high temperatures at night, but these requests were ignored. This lack of responsiveness made us feel unsafe and unsupported, which is a shame given the apartment’s potential. With more reliable and attentive management, this could be a great stay — but sadly, that was not our experience.
