Location, price, room
The young lady on duty didn't give time of breakfast like the others that I've encountered there have. She was like elevator, 2nd floor. If I wasn't a regular, how would I have know where the elevator was if not in sign distance? I'm usually impressed with how clean the rooms are. I got into the restroom and hair was on the floor and in the tub.

Great location. Good access road. Serene environment.
The breakfast food. The staff were courteous. Ample parking space - free I might add. Fast internet.
