Slight problem checking in but the staff handled it. Room was clean comfortable and quiet except when the trains went by.
Breakfast was plentiful varied each morning Nice big walk-in shower.
Finish work in bathroom was poor. Looked like a 5 year old had caulked the sink. Shower panel was cracked. Only one packet of in room coffee and no service for 3 days, had to go down to breakfast area for coffee

The choice of breakfast selections. I cannot do dairy and there was not a selection of non dairy options for me to partake in the free breakfast

The staff was friendly, the location was okay, the room was clean
The room was clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable. It feels like I’m laying/sleeping in the floor. I woke up stiff, hurting. I needed to stay an additional night in Dallas, but there is no way I’ll sleep another night on this brick, hard mattress.
