It was so conveniently next to the train station , it made it easy to go out and see Tokyo day to day. It was very clean and quiet and quick responses when needing assistance!
The room was small, but it was perfect if your are planning to be out and about all day.

Close to shopping areas.
Need to repair the seats of toilet bowl due to leaking of liquid, and it cause a foul odor inside the room.

I liked how close the hotel was from the train station. I also liked that the check in was easy and as we were there a bit early we could leave our bags in the room. For a quick one night stay before heading to the airport it was okay. We didn't see any staff so the staff review above is more for 'not applicable'.
I didn't like that the shower and bathroom were pretty much one space so that once you had a shower the whole floor was wet and we had to take off our socks and dry our feet each time.
There was a kettle but no coffee or cups. It would be better to have supplies on hand or none at all.
The room was quite tiny, but as we were only there one night it was okay.
